Mazda & KGM Service Update
Where do I go for Mazda and KGM servicing?
From June 1, Mazda and KGM servicing operates from 168 Raglan Parade, Warrnambool.
Following a short break while we completed some minor improvements and freshening up to the facility, Mazda and KGM Service has returned to 168 Raglan Parade.
If you're unsure where to go, simply call (03) 5561 2341.
Why has Mazda and KGM servicing moved back to 168 Raglan Parade?
We recently completed some minor improvements and updates to help enhance the customer experience.
Following these works, Mazda and KGM servicing returned to 168 Raglan Parade from June 1.
I already have a Mazda or KGM service booking. Do I need to do anything?
No.
All existing Mazda and KGM bookings will automatically be managed at the correct location.
No action is required from customers.
Will my Mazda or KGM service history be affected?
No.
All service records, warranty information and vehicle details remain securely stored and linked to your vehicle.
Does this affect my Mazda or KGM warranty?
No.
Manufacturer warranty programs, roadside assistance and service plans continue unchanged.
Subaru Customer Questions
What is happening with Subaru?
From December 19, Subaru Sales and Service for Warrnambool will transition to Callaghan Motors.
The final day of Subaru Service and Sales operations will be December 12.
Customer deliveries will continue until December 18.
Will my Subaru service history still be accessible?
Yes.
All service history remains securely stored and linked to your vehicle.
Your manufacturer service history remains accessible through authorised Subaru Dealer systems.
Can I still service my Subaru with Warrnambool Auto Group?
From December 19, Subaru customers will be supported by Callaghan Motors.
Does Subaru moving affect my warranty?
No.
Warranty support, recalls and manufacturer programs continue unchanged.
Jac Motors Customer Questions
Do you still sell Jac vehicles?
No.
As of April 2026 Warrnambool Auto Group is no longer a Jac dealership.
Can you still service my Jac vehicle?
Yes.
We can service any brand vehicles, however we cannot complete manufacturer warranty work or Jac-specific programs.
Service & Parts Questions
What has changed with Service & Parts?
Service operations now support customers across both Raglan Parade locations.
Mazda and KGM Service & Parts operate from 168 Raglan Parade.
Kia, Nissan, Chery, Service & Parts, ToughDog and TJM operate from 53 Raglan Parade.
Do I need to do anything differently when booking a service?
No.
Your booking will automatically be managed at the correct location.
Will pricing change for servicing or parts?
No.
Pricing structures remain unchanged.
Will my warranty or paperwork be affected?
No.
Existing warranties, service plans and agreements remain valid.
