General Overview
Why have Warrnambool Auto Group and Clinton Baulch Motor Group come together under one name?
Bringing both businesses under the Warrnambool Auto Group name allows us to streamline our operations, centralise departments, and create a simpler experience for customers — with one website, one hub for Service & Parts, and the same familiar team.
Subaru Questions
What is happening with Subaru?
From December 19, Subaru Sales and Service for Warrnambool will be supported by Callaghan Motors.
The final day of trading for our Subaru Service & Sales department will be on December 12.
We will continue to complete customer new vehicle deliveries until December 18.
Our team will still be here to help answer questions and assist with a smooth transition.
What if I’m waiting on a new Subaru to be delivered?
We will continue to complete Subaru deliveries until December 18 at 174 Raglan Parade.
From December 19, delivery support will transition to Callaghan Motors. We are working closely with their team to ensure a smooth handover for all customers.
Will my Subaru service history still be accessible?
Yes — all service records, past invoices, and vehicle history remain securely stored in our system and linked to your vehicle.
For Subaru customers, this information will be transferred to Callaghan Motors from December 19 to ensure continuity of care.
Your service and warranty history is stored directly with Subaru Australia and can be accessed by you or any authorised Subaru Dealer.
Can I still buy Subaru parts from you?
From December 19, Subaru parts will be managed by Callaghan Motors. However, we’re here to help answer questions and guide you during the transition.
Can I still service my Subaru with you?
Yes — you can continue to book logbook services or repairs with us. As a licensed VACC repair centre, we meet legal requirements under Australian Consumer Law.
Important: Warranty, recalls, capped-price servicing, or Subaru Australia programs must be performed by an authorised Subaru Dealer to maintain those benefits. Please contact Callaghan Motors if you wish to retain manufacturer program eligibility.
Does Subaru moving affect my warranty or manufacturer support?
No. From December 19, Callaghan Motors becomes the authorised Subaru dealer, supporting capped-price servicing, warranty, and safety recalls. We are working closely with them to ensure a smooth transition.
Service & Parts Questions
What has changed with Service & Parts?
Our Service & Parts departments — including ToughDog and TJM — now operate from 53 Raglan Parade alongside Kia, Nissan, Isuzu UTE, Chery & JAC Motors.
This brings our teams together in one central hub for a more efficient customer experience.

Is ToughDog and TJM still available?
Yes — both ToughDog and TJM now operate from our central Service & Parts hub at 53 Raglan Parade.
Do I need to do anything differently when booking a service?
No — bookings remain the same. Simply book online or call (03) 5561 2341.
All bookings are managed through our hub at 53 Raglan Parade.
The only change is for Subaru customers after December 19, who will be supported by Callaghan Motors for service & warranty needs.
Will pricing change for servicing or parts?
No — our pricing structure remains the same and continues to follow manufacturer guidelines.
Will my warranty, service plan or paperwork be affected?
No — all existing warranties, service plans, agreements, and purchase documents remain valid.
Will my service history still be accessible for Chery and KGM?
Yes — all service records remain securely stored and linked to your vehicle.
For Subaru customers, records will transfer to Callaghan Motors from December 19.
Does this affect warranty or manufacturer support?
No — all manufacturer programs such as warranty, safety recalls, roadside assistance, and capped-price servicing continue unchanged.
General & Sales Related Questions
Are the sales locations changing?
Our Sales teams continue to operate across two sites, with a few brand relocations now complete:
- 168 Raglan Parade remains the home of Mazda.
- 53 Raglan Parade is the home of Kia, Nissan, Chery, Isuzu UTE and JAC Motors. Chery has recently joined this location as part of our updates.
- 168 Raglan Parade also now displays a selection of KGM and Used Vehicles, with dedicated staff available to assist across each brand separately.
You’re welcome to visit either site to explore our full range — each brand continues to operate with its own dedicated team, ensuring a clear and consistent experience for all customers.
Are your business hours changing?
Sales hours remain the same across both locations.
Service & Parts hours also remain the same and now operate exclusively from 53 Raglan Parade (supporting Kia, Nissan, Isuzu UTE, Chery & JAC Motors).
What happens if I call the old Clinton Baulch Motor Group phone number?
The former Clinton Baulch Motor Group phone line will direct callers to the Warrnambool Auto Group line to streamline services.

I’ve ordered a Chery, KGM or Used Vehicle — does anything change?
Nothing changes. Your order, ETA, and delivery process remain on track, and your sales consultant will continue to keep you updated.
The only change is for Subaru customers, which from December 19 will be supported by Callaghan Motors for both Sales and Service. Our team is working closely with Callaghan Motors to ensure a smooth and supportive transition for Subaru customers.
Will the brands you sell change because of this?
Our core brand lineup remains the same across our two locations — including Mazda, Kia, Nissan, Chery, Isuzu UTE, JAC, KGM and our range of quality used vehicles.

Why are the websites and social media platforms changing?
To make things easier.
We are consolidating everything into one website and unified social channels so customers can find information quickly and access all services in one place.

Warrnambool Auto Group and Clinton Baulch Motor Group are now operating together under one brand online: Warrnambool Auto Group.
We remain proud of the history built under both banners and the legacy of Clinton Baulch within our community. His memory is honoured in our 53 Raglan Parade showroom, where his portrait and plaque are proudly showcased.
