Black Friday Wholesale Event – Terms & Conditions

1. Event Dates & Availability
The Black Friday Wholesale Event (“the Event”) is valid Friday 28th November 2025 and Saturday 29th November 2025 only at Warrnambool Auto Group.
All offers apply to in-stock new vehicles only. Stock is strictly limited and available until sold out.

2. Pricing
Event pricing reflects the invoiced cost to the dealership applied to eligible in-stock vehicles.
Prices are valid on-site only and must be finalised during the Event period.
Pricing cannot be extended, backdated, or transferred to future orders.

3. Brand-Specific Offers
Any manufacturer, factory, or brand-specific Black Friday offers may be applied in addition to Warrnambool Auto Group Event pricing, where eligible.
Brand offers are subject to their own separate terms and conditions.

4. Vehicle Availability & Holds
Vehicle availability is not guaranteed.
Holds, deposits or expressions of interest do not secure Event pricing unless a signed purchase agreement is completed within the Event period.

5. Finance
On-site finance options are available to approved applicants only.
Finance approvals are subject to lender requirements and assessment criteria.

6. Trade-Ins
Trade-in valuations provided during the Event are valid only for the duration of the Event.
Final trade-in value is subject to physical inspection and condition verification.

7. Exclusions
Event pricing does not apply to:

• Demonstrator, used, fleet, rental, or pre-ordered vehicles

• Factory-ordered or incoming stock not physically available on site

• Accessories, aftermarket upgrades, insurance products or registration costs unless specified

8. Errors & Omissions
Warrnambool Auto Group reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccuracies at any time.

9. Amendments & Withdrawal
Warrnambool Auto Group may modify or withdraw any offer at any time during the Event due to stock changes, compliance requirements, or external factors.

10. General
All purchases are subject to standard dealership sales contracts and consumer law.
Participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
